Dr. Charles A. Wallace II is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of management and leadership experience. Wallace is the managing principal of Charles Wallace and Associates, a boutique distribution and consulting firm that assists clients in multiple areas. Wallace, a native South Carolinian, is passionate about serving as he has served on numerous national and state boards. Wallace began his expansive career working for a Fortune 5 company but soon thereafter answered his entrepreneurial calling of serving others. At the age of 22, Wallace owned his first company employing over 35 employees. He entered into the competitive Charleston, SC hospitality arena where he excelled greatly by being named one of the top hoteliers in the world for his brand. He was also the first African American to be General Manager in the city. On his 29th birthday, Wallace purchased his first hotel property as a sole proprietor. After 9/11, his career led him to the non-profit financial sector where he consulted numerous non-profit organizations across the United States. His extensive background in hospitality, business development, consulting, and community advocacy work has afforded him the distinct pleasure of experiencing and creating tremendous growth in organizations. Wallace is dedicated to the vision of exceeding every expectation.
